Keith J. Burns' trial experience includes matters at all levels including Federal court trials, State court trials, State court appeals, administrative hearings, arbitration hearings and municipal court.  Mr. Burns has been designated as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey.  This designation is earned through a combination of extensive trial experience and recommendations of members of the Bar and members of the Judiciary.

Mr. Burns heads the Litigation Department which handles all aspects of trials, including corporate litigation, contract litigation and personal injury.

Mr. Burns also has extensive experience handling all types of divorces.  He sat on the Early Settlement Panel for over 10 years. 

As a former municipal prosecutor, Keith J. Burns is one of the leading authorities on Municipal Court Practice.
