Elder Law is the description used to describe several areas of law which are becoming ever more important as our society ages. Baby boomers are increasingly finding themselves as the sandwich generation. Parents are in need of assistance with governmental program entitlements, decisions with regard to health care, financial decisions and assistance with decision making. The Boomers themselves need to review wills, where children have matured. Planning for their own retirement and latter years is important. Providing for children and grandchildren are now needed. All of the skills that compromise Elder Law have been the long time experience of Michael Richmond. He is now certifying those skills through the new certification programs.
With partner, Keith Burns, Michael Richmond is a participant in the American Association of Retired Persons Legal Services Network.
