Burns & Associates, formerly known as Richmond & Burns, was founded in 1994 and was the brainchild of Keith J. Burns.

Serving as Municipal Prosecutors in the adjoining New Jersey municipalities of East Brunswick and South Brunswick respectively, and both outstanding attorneys in their own right, Mr. Burns and Mr. Richmond had discussed the possibility of co-authoring a book on Municipal Court Practice and, as it turns out, this was the catalyst that led to their partnership and the creation of Burns, LeBrocq Wolfe and Associates which now evolved into Burns & Associates.

Originally, the firm had offices in both Dayton and East Brunswick. However, in 1995, it was consolidated in North Brunswick. Ultimately, in 1999, we relocated to what is now our current location in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

At Burns & Associates, we have developed into a full-service New Jersey litigation law firm, with a strong emphasis on personal injury, family law and divorce cases, wills and estate planning, and workplace issues on behalf of employees and employers.
